What is included in weekly pool service?
Every visit we vacuum and net the floor and surface, brush the walls and steps, clean out the skimmer and pump baskets and any pool cleaner, check that the pump and filter are performing, and test and balance the chemicals, adding the right chlorine or shock. The filter is backwashed as needed.
How much does weekly pool service cost in Mansfield?
We quote it on your pool, because the size, the trees around it, the equipment and whether it is a salt pool all move the number. Most of that spread is what the price includes. Our weekly price includes chemicals; filter cleans are billed separately.
How are filter cleans handled?
Filter cleans are charged as needed, usually about twice a year depending on your system. We will tell you when yours is due rather than cleaning it on a calendar.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we can get through the gate and to the pool equipment, you do not need to be home.
What happens when you find something wrong with the equipment?
You hear about it from us, with what it is and what it will cost to fix. Equipment repair and pool electrical are our own trade, so the problem is not handed to a second company to diagnose all over again.
My pool is green right now. Can I start weekly service?
A green pool needs to be brought back first, and what that costs depends on how long it has been green. See green pool cleanup. Once the water is back, weekly service is what keeps it that way.
